It was such a great honor for TYSA to welcome Prof. Howard Alper on July 26, 2014 in Bangkok, Thailand. Prof. Alper is a member of the Science Advisory Committee of the World Economic Forum as well as IAP Co-Chair of the Global Network of Science Academies.
